A-List, LLC was established in March 2010 as a general real estate office serving North St. Louis County. Early on, we recognized that our communities needed more than traditional real estate services, so we expanded our mission to provide broader, more impactful support.

Partnering with the St. Louis Association of Realtors, we became actively involved in community engagement initiatives. Our team began working in underserved neighborhoods, offering free home repairs and organizing neighborhood cleanups to support our most vulnerable residents and improve local living conditions.

During the 2008 economic downturn and the subprime mortgage crisis, we stepped in to assist financial institutions by preparing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs). This work helped stabilize neighborhoods and supported efforts to navigate one of the most challenging housing markets in recent history.

Continuing to evolve with the needs of our clients, in 2024 we recruited experienced property managers to better serve renters aspiring to become homeowners. Through these expanded services, we now guide tenants as they rent, build stability, and move toward being truly homebuyer-ready.

Today, A-List, LLC is a growing full-service real estate company, continuously adapting to industry demands and adding innovative services. Our focus remains the same: strengthen communities, expand access to homeownership, and provide exceptional real estate solutions across the St. Louis region.
